You always have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act, which is calculated upon receipt of the product.
If you would like to return the products, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a return instructions. We charge 3,90 € shipping costs from countries Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Portugal, Poland, Swede, Germany, Slovenia, Slovakia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia and Finland. Return costs from other countries will be covered by customer.
Replacements will be handled like return and new order.
The defective product will be replaced by a similar new product or repaired by a professional if possible. If the product is no longer in stock, we will refund the purchase amount to your account after checking the product.
If the product has other return terms than explained in this page or in delivery rerms (for example, toiletries, lingerie and swimwear, and taylored products), these are always mentioned separately in the product information.
Please note that failure to collect order from service point is not same the same as a customer return. For non-picked up shipments, that returns to sender, we charge a all cost that caused to us for return and in addition to this 15 € as handling cost. That cost will be deducted from refundable transaction amount.
Damages during shipment
